Podtxt is a text-to-audio conversion application that allows users to convert articles, emails, documents, and other text content into audio format for listening. The service uses advanced AI technology to generate natural-sounding audio.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Payment terms, pricing, and refund policies are displayed within the App. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Podtxt and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PODTXT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may also stop using the App at any time by deleting your account.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Podtxt operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
